With a background in client services, reporting, risk management, audit and financial review, Chris brings over 15 years worth of experience in operational management and transformation.
When he’s not working with clients, Chris can be found navigating his way around the Thames in a kayak.

Charles is an experienced technology ambassador with specialisms in ITIL Service Management and Support Delivery. Using strong communication skills, enjoys building relationships with stakeholders, using excellent influencing skills to empower teams and drive efficiencies.
With 15 years experience across the UK, American and Australian healthcare and private sectors Charles is a proven leader delivering large transformational projects through strategic thinking and driving the customer strategy to achieve results.
