The Cayuga Pro engine is built on a stable robust and low overhead ATL-COM object architecture running on the C&CE Network Management Object developed with over 5 years of field-proven experience. This hierarchical software architecture communicates directly to a D2B/SMARTwireX compliant hardware board for full functional participation in a real D2B / D2B/SMARTwireX network.

Software Emulators and the Prototype Express tool can be mixed in a D2B/SMARTwireX network with ‘real’ devices to accurately emulate a complete system. This degree of true-time emulation enables development of device software ahead of hardware availability thereby reducing development timescales.

The Prototype Express tool enables new protocol message functionality to be implemented in hours rather than days and then converted directly to ‘C’ code automatically.
