The introduction of an on-line support tool from C&CE is another step in
their strategy to offer customers the highest level of support
available. Users will be allocated their own part of the C&CE site
allowing the information generated during a design to be held on file
and easily accessible buy all staff. The FAQ section gives direct access
to the C&CE engineers and tracks all questions raised, the download
section will make available software to support development and testing
whilst access to the latest news will also be available. Car
Manufacturers will be able to establish links with their suppliers and
be able to track the progress of the designs.
